We ship worldwide, for certain foreign destinations there is a minimum period after cleared funds before dispatch and at our discretion. Delivery times mentioned below are for guidance only and completely beyond the control of us, therefore we do not accept any liability for late deliveries.

The goods will be dispatched on the same day for delivery within 1 -3 working days (excluding weekends and Bank holidays) for orders placed before 11:00 on a working day.

This ensures your shipping charges are kept to an absolute minimum.

Returns

According to the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, any items purchased from us may be returned to us within 7 days for a full refund excluding postage & packing (shipping), any surcharges and may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. This does not apply to business to business transactions as goods are non-returnable.

The buyer must request an authorisation code via Contact Us before sending goods. Items returned without pre-authorisation will not be accepted. Goods must be unopened and in their original as received condition. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return post and the buyer is responsible for the cost of return.
